Where's a quiet yet sophisticated place in the south-east part of the US to spend my 21st birthday? - ice skating north east

I live in Cumming, Georgia (30 miles north of Atlanta), and my 21st Birthday is Friday. Not interested in bars, casinos, and the major parties. I just want to go somewhere that a lot of history and some fun and elegant, like the orchestral concerts, theater shows classic movies, museums, plays / musicals, etc. I'm going Dine Out at a vegetarian restaurant and even a go a little coffee shop to relax. And of course I'd rather go to a place that a shopping area of Nice. Also, I would go somewhere to new things (like trying to ice skating, rock climbing, etc..) That means I can travel in two days anywhere in the southeastern United States. UU .. Also note, a friend comes with me.

So none of you have suggestions, where I celebrated my birthday? I wonder. Thank you for a response from the WHO.
