The choice between a safari in northern Tanzania (eg Serengetti Nat. Ngorogoro Park) and in the south of Tanzania (Selous Game Reserve, for example). I am interested in the thoughts and experiences.

Both would be great. You'll find a wild life in both places, but rocked the stage for the spectacular northern Tanzania, in the first place.
